Individual counselling is a focused, one‑on‑one space designed to help you understand your patterns, strengthen emotional regulation, and build clarity around your experiences.
How Individual Counselling Is Structured
- Assessment & clarity: The first session explores your history, current challenges, and goals so we can form a clear direction for the work.
- Skill‑building & insight: Ongoing sessions focus on understanding your patterns, strengthening emotional awareness, and developing practical tools you can apply in daily life.
- Integration: Each session ends with a simple takeaway or practice to help you integrate what you’re learning between sessions.
Individual counselling is suitable for anyone wanting personal growth, emotional support, or deeper self‑understanding.

Couples counselling is a structured, evidence‑informed process designed to help partners understand their patterns, reduce conflict, and build healthier ways of relating.
How Couples Counselling Is Structured
1. Initial Assessment (Session 1 — together)
A comprehensive session to understand your relationship history, patterns, strengths, challenges, and goals.
This gives me a full picture of how you communicate, how conflict shows up, and what each partner is hoping to change.
---
2. Individual Partner Sessions (Session 2 — separately)
Each partner books their own individual session.
This allows me to understand:
- each person’s perspective
- personal history and triggers
- how each partner experiences the relationship
- the deeper dynamics that may not surface in joint sessions
This step is essential for accurate assessment and for ensuring both partners feel heard and understood.
---
3. Framework & Roadmap Session (Session 3 — together)
In this session, I:
- reflect back the patterns I’ve observed
- explain the relationship dynamics in a clear, non‑blaming way
- introduce my framework for change
- outline the roadmap for therapy
- provide psychoeducation so both partners understand why these patterns happen
This session gives you a shared language and a clear plan moving forward.
---
4. Therapy Begins (Session 4 onwards)
From here, we begin the therapeutic work.
Each session focuses on:
- one problem
- one skill
- practising the skill in session
- home practice to strengthen the new pattern
This keeps the work focused, manageable, and effective.
Over time, couples learn to communicate more safely, repair conflict faster, and build healthier patterns.

Pre-marital counselling helps couples build a strong foundation before marriage by exploring expectations, communication, values, and long‑term compatibility.
How Pre-Marital Counselling Is Structured
- Initial session (together): We explore your relationship story, strengths, and areas that need attention before marriage.
- Individual sessions (optional but recommended): Each partner can have a private session to explore personal expectations, fears, and hopes for the marriage.
- Framework & roadmap: I introduce the pre-marital framework, covering communication, conflict, roles, intimacy, finances, family expectations, and long‑term vision.
- Skill‑based sessions: Each session focuses on one key area of marital readiness, psychoeducation, with practical tools and guided conversations.
Pre-marital counselling is ideal for couples wanting clarity, confidence, and shared understanding before entering marriage.
