My focus is to help individuals and couples become attuned to their own thoughts, feelings, and behaviours and explore with them their inner strengths with the aim to improve their relationship with themselves and others. This is achieved by providing a neutral, confidential, and non-judgmental safe space customising my counselling approach to suit my client's needs. I offer integrated solutions using research-based and faith-based approaches and therapies while remaining culturally aware.
People from all faiths and backgrounds are welcome.
