My focus is to help individuals and couples become aware of their inner strengths, overcome their struggles and help them improve their general well-being and relationships. This is achieved by providing a neutral, confidential, and non-judgmental safe space listening, exploring and navigating my client's concerns and customising a treatment plan to suit their needs. I welcome people from all faiths and backgrounds. I offer integrated solutions using research based and faith based approaches, along with counselling techniques and therapies.
I specialise in Couples Counselling, Counselling for Men, and Domestic Violence Victims Support.
I am a qualified counsellor, clinically trained marriage therapist with The Gottman Institute, I am a Gottman Seven Principles Leader, and a registered member of the ACA - Australian Counselling Association which ensures I am bound by professional codes of conduct, ethics and a high standard of ongoing professional training and clinical supervision.
I will work with you to help you overcome relationship challenges and difficulties no matter how big or small they may seem. Using blended methods of scientific research and faith based approach, I will help you build trust, commitment, friendship, intimacy, shared meaning and learn how to manage conflict.
If you are planning on getting married I offer private Pre-Marital counselling to help you and your significant other prepare for the biggest decision you'll make in your life.

It is important for clients to know the areas of expertise and limitations of their counsellor. I am not a psychologist. I do not bulk bill. I do not conduct mental health assessments and I do not diagnose mental illnesses. I do, however, work with clients who present with mental illnesses and help them in specific areas and challenges they are experiencing in their life. I network with mental health professionals including psychologists and make appropriate referrals as needed.
